Do the cameras record automatically?

Yes. Our cameras record based on motion detection, with access to video history directly from your phone.

Is the installation free?

Most of our installations are free depending on the selected plan. We also offer promotions that include free equipment and free months of service.

Do you install in my area?

Yes. We install throughout Quebec and Ontario, including:
Montreal, Greater Montreal, Laval, Longueuil, South Shore, North Shore, Quebec City, Gatineau, Sherbrooke, Trois-Rivières, Ottawa, and more.

Is your equipment brand new?

Yes. All our equipment is brand new, certified, under warranty, and installed by a qualified technician.

Do you offer commercial installations?

Yes. We provide complete solutions for businesses, offices, restaurants, multi-unit residential buildings, and warehouses.

What happens if the alarm is triggered?

Our monitoring center contacts you immediately and follows your instructions. If necessary, police or emergency services can be dispatched.

Can I add cameras or detectors later?

Yes. You can add cameras, detectors, or home automation at any time. The system is fully scalable.

Do you offer support and repairs?

Yes. We offer repair services, reprogramming, updates, and technical support for all our clients.

Can I keep my old alarm system?

In many cases, yes. We can reuse certain panels and detectors depending on the brand and compatibility.
